A proven senior executive and licensed New York State Architect, Mr. Caserma has worked for ownership for 30 + years and has been directly involved in over $350 million in capital improvements. He has reported to and advised CFO's, COO's, Facility Executives, Attorneys, Real Estate brokers and Principals in Fortune 500 Corporations, start-ups and Not-for-profits. He has assembled and coordinated teams of Architects, MEP Engineers and other consultants along with General Contractors and Construction Managers collaborating across department lines to achieve the client's goals.
Analyzing current market conditions, budgeting, bidding, leveling, contract negotiations, schedules, change orders and implementing field modifications when necessary have brought all projects in on time and within their projected budgets. In addition, he has managed installations of HVAC building management and electric use and demand management systems in preparation for the myriad of NYS/NYC Energy Conservation Codes along with curing DOB, DOH and FDNY violations to maintain code compliance.
